SENATE BILL NO. 112 "An Act relating to the Uniform                            
Commercial Code; amending Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 8 and                
82, and Alaska Rule of Evidence 402; and providing for an effective            
date" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 897.  Without            
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 112(JUD) was adopted.
